PROJECT 1: Replacement velux window

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our customers requested an emergency call out due to a broken and leaking Velux window in their bathroom

OUR APPROACH: 24-7 attended the customers property in Derbyshire within 24 hours and replaced the Velux window to a higher specification.

\r\n

THE RESULT: The customer was very impressed with the speed in which our tradesman was out repairing the issue they had. The window was replaced and the interior plaster and paintwork was renewed so you never knew there had been a leak

\r\n

 

PROJECT 2: External property maintenance in Oldbury

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our customer, a property management, company wanted the exterior of a block of apartments to be improved

\r\n

OUR APPROACH: 24-7 not only rectified brickwork, but also replaced wall caps, relayed and replaced paving slabs, fitted facias and soffits and painted external woodwork.

\r\n

THE RESULT: The exterior of the building was vastly improved, throughout the course of the project we also located further issues with guttering which was remedied for our customer and prevented any other problems occurring.
